About Edgar
Born in South Los Angeles and raised in San Antonio, I discovered my true home when I arrived in Austin in 2009. From working in bars, restaurants, and coffee shops to becoming an electrician in construction, my journey here has been a chance to build relationships, create meaningful connections, and truly experience what makes this city unique.
I also immersed myself in the local music scene through DJing and producing, which helped me build a tight-knit network of innovative and talented individuals. I always focused on delivering exceptional service and building trust with the people I met, and it wasn’t long before I had a community of close friends and business connections that helped me thrive.
As the years went by, Austin began to evolve, and so did I. After a decade of living here, I found my perfect spot: Cuernavaca. This neighborhood resonated with me deeply—it felt like “Old Austin,” with its strong sense of community and authentic charm. It was here that I continued adding value by working at the local coffee shop, Civil Goat, and building even stronger bonds with my neighbors.
In 2023, I decided to take my involvement in the community to the next level. I wanted to contribute more, and real estate seemed like the natural next step. With my years of service industry experience, combined with the deep-rooted relationships I’ve built over time, I committed myself to helping others find their own special place in this city I love.
